Working with TitleWild: Motion Production, I helped develop these marketing strategies and other collateral concepts for the infamously wayward network IFC. Our goal was to create complimentary motion graphics for a movie marathon featuring the show-runner film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind: a movie overflowing with themes of quirkiness and the realistic pitfalls of love. ESSM is a romance movie unlike many others: it sits perched atop softcore sci-fi undertones that are far from the usual fluff of traditional Valentine's Day themes. To better represent this, we created a non-traditional magenta, violet, and cyan color palette for the re-branding of IFC and added broken hearts to the mix to keep with the theme.
